  4. dont know if you read your followers messages but….I love how healthy you eat but you defo need carbs post workout, if I don't have something I'm literally desperate for them at night. I have a small banana post workout sometimes I blend it in to a protein smoothie with almond milk. I love bananas post workout, still paleo and full of electrolytes eg potassium, carbs especially important after hiit or weight training when you are depleted and carbs help reduce soreness and contain tryptophan so makes you feel good ❤❤❤❤ xx
