  1. i am counting my calories and i am on 2200 right now but i dont wanna go lower and i kinda cant see my abbs yet even tho i feel kinda thin now i dont know if itz cuz theres still a bit fat or because i didnt work out my abbs because people always told me deadlifts and squats and all that shit is enough

What's the purpose of having all these muscle, it's all vanity, I use to physically work out in college and was cut up like a sirloin, still fit but my concentration is more on my spiritual being, having a good relationship with my God. The only thing that I got from being so physically fit was the females, they loved to touch and feel…..spiritual growth and internal health way more important

Hey lol I'm 13 just saying and I'm like barly average size for 13 year old so I came cause I want to start working on my abs so they can start showing an I'm not like the smartest so all of the losing weight thing confuses me but yeah I'm pretty healthy I can say I can do a mile at 6 minutes an 30 seconds which is okay and I am 4 11 or 5 feet but that confuses e lmao cuz some ties it says I'm 5 feet but sometimes it says I'm 4 11 so yeah lol I weigh 95 pounds and I works on my abs at the very least 24 minutes everyday an I do running in school so I have that covered and the amount of running I do everyday is at the very least 2 third of a mile or almost 2 third of a mile and I also walk to school which is a long trip which is almost also almost 2 thirds of a mile and I'm also going to start a diet so I'm just wondering when can I start seeing results if anybody knows thanks and oh lmao the video is funny asf

  6. How do you know how may carbs you should consume? I weigh 175 lbs and I am 5'9. I calculated my approximate carb intake via Bodybuilding.com. Apparently I should be consuming 185 carbs for fat loss, but I want to gain muscle at the same time. Should I up my carb intake to 240?

  11. I need help with diet. I have mass but I think I'm eating too much. I'm pretty much starving myself down to 2500 calories now. I was eating 6000 calories a day and 800 grams of carbs for a year straight my bulk was very successful but I took it too far. I went from 110 pounds to 180 in like 3 months took prohormones which I think slowed down my metabolism idk. I went down to 4000 calories for awhile still wasn't losing any fat. Will 2500 calories help I'm at 165 pounds now and making sure my protein is at 205 grams a day. My arms are 16 and a half inches at 165 pounds. But I have slight belly fat. How do I fix this. Please help. I'm getting 9 to 10 hours of sleep every night. I do 0 cardio cause I'm scared to get that small frail look
