I briefly discuss the difference between high bar and low bar squats so you can have a better understanding of which is better for you.

  1. This is so helpful, especially talking about low bar vs. high bar, and slight forward lean if you have long femurs (aka, im all femurs, short stubby torso XD ). I do have some trouble hitting parallel though (do to a knee issue), would you consider doing a video solely on how to hit parallel or go below, mobility, knee pain, etc when squatting? I LOVE LOVE LOVE your YT and IG, you have helped me so much and made me realize that WOW, I CAN go heavy, get stronger, and build a butt load of muscle (no punn intended!), and I've been able to make so much progress bc of the amazing content and information you freely give us, so THANK YOU SO MUCH!! <3 <3
