The goal of this video is to give you guys insight on what you could do to potentially help you achieve a slimmer waist and a perky bootay. If you don’t have a slim waist or a perky booty, YOU ARE STILL GORGEOUS! But you already knew that ๐Ÿ˜‰ I promote #SelfLove, and there are many ways that we can obtain that. I choose to work out and keep my body in a somewhat healthy state because it makes me feel great, confident, and healthy.

  5. Ok! Iโ€™m 13 with the weight of 160. Yea Iโ€™m overweight. Iโ€™m going to do these everyday for 7 minutes. Letโ€™s see the results throughout my week.!

  6. Your workout looks amazing!! But really, you should be doing dynamic stretches before a workout (moving stretches). These warm your muscles up as well as stretching them, to anyone reading this, make sure you don't overdo it, as too much of loose muscles before a workout increases the chances of injury.

    Static stretches (the ones you were peforming before a workout: still/ non moving stretches), should be done after a workout to relieve the tenseness, and relax the muscles.โ˜บ๏ธ x
