Sculpt long lean sexy arms with this great Ballet Arms Workout! We’ll do 6 different arm movements for 50 seconds with a 10 second break in between each. For the second circuit, we’ll repeat the same 6 arm movements but you’ll have the option to stand on those feet and incorporate leg movements along with the arms to really challenge your strength, balance, and coordination!

For those in the NYC area, come take one of my classes at the Joffrey Ballet School! I teach on Wednesdays and Saturdays 🙂
