  2. well, I've finished this! I'm only going to do this one, lol… but I feel the burning in my arms, and I felt a little bit on my sides, but not much!

  3. I can definitely see changes in my waist after a week of this exercise though you should take a one day break in that week. Most effective waist workout l have tried so far! Thanks so much Cassey!

  5. Feels like this works out my legs and arms not just my sides but dang the next day my entire sides hurt like I'd been laughing forever. I love it!

  6. This has to be THE most effective move I have ever done. Every single time I do this move intensly I ALWAYS see an obvious result the next day. Dont know what it is about it but it friggin works.

  7. PSA If your feel it more in your arm/back/legs you are most likely tensing your arms too much and not tensing the obliques enough! Learning the correct form is key.

  9. I feel like I'm doing this wrong cuz my obliques don't burn at all when I do this even tho I'm positioned exactly the same :s

  10. This was hard not because of my obliques, but because of my biceps. They were not prepared to hold Charlie's angel that long.
