ABS FOCUS // 6-Week Body Toning Bootcamp #2


I see that you guys are digging the no-jumping aspect of this series! But the sweat and the soreness is still coming on – so this is AWESOME! Today we are focusing on my fave – the core! I’ll be challenging your ab strength as well as your cardio!

You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through..PIIT style!

Your 7 moves are:

1. Walking Plank + Jack
2. Dolphins
3. Standing Twisted Crunch R
4. Double Leg Lifts
5. Standing Twisted Crunch L
6. Hollow Rock
7. Plank Jack

The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week (28 min) at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready…you’re gonna be life body ready!

  1. I just did it 3 times but was not able to keep up with all the exercises. Planning is always extremely hard for me.
    I feel shit right now for not completing, because I am in a bad shape but I know that when I make progress in the calendar I Will feel stronger each time.

  2. Ok so i am starting this workouts after a 2 year break due to pregnancy and baby. I AM DEAD. Struggled through tound 3 and failed 4 completely. Didn’t realise what a terrible shape i was in until today. Hope this helps me to eventually be able to survive and do all 4 rounds properly 😰😲😱

  3. After a long time of not doing sport you motivated me to finally start getting stronger and now after just a few weeks I'm able to finish this four times.
    I am really greatful that you Cassey give me a reason to work out. Thanks to you working out started to feel like fun and useful instead of being a burden.

  5. As soon as the plank jacks at the end finished I flopped. But got through it! Trying to get some nice definition in my tummy since my arms and legs are already where I want them. Thanks Cassey! xxx

  6. When I did this video the 1st day of PIIT, I couldn't do all the moves in 45 seconds. Now I am on day 15 and I did all the moves without a break. I feel proud of myself ❤️

  8. I'm just starting out, is it ok to do this exercise once over a 4 day period or spread out vs 4 times in one day? Until I feel like I can keep going and do it multiple times in a row/day etc

  9. Does anyone else have the same issue I have where the twisted crunch works out my legs more than my abs? Or can anyone tell me how to improve it? 🙂

  10. The hollow rock killed me. I couldn’t do it the full time but I really tried to do it. Thank you for making these great videos!! Most of the exercises kill me but they’re very effective!! Love your channel!!

  11. Will i lose weight doing this ? I know you said to focus on getting stronger but i cant untill im happy with the amount of fat on my body…
