  1. Sorry for the hiccups in the schedule. I've been battling a cold for the past few days and am trying to follow my own advice of "listening to my own body" – which is a lot tougher than it sounds lol. I'm still feeling a bit ill, but hopefully, I'll be able to record later for tomorrow's workout; if not, the next video will drop 04/17/2015. Sorry for any inconveniences that this may cause 🙁

  2. We like seeing ya well Millhoy. Take care. Thank you for showing up and being honest.
Always understand. Life is life. Get well soon. Cheers, Kate:) xo

  3. Loving it!! 😀 And don't worry about the schedule. You should always take care of your body. Question: do you also incorporate weight training into your routine or is this your main workout for the day?

  4. Thanks for pushing through even though you weren't feeling well! I wasn't feeling up to it either and your perseverence got me through! Have a great night. You are awesome 🙂

  5. Could you do a Vikings themed workout! The show is on History Channel. We can all feel like Vikings training before a raid. I hope you get better :3

  6. The workout was great and finally there were names I recognize 🙂 I am such big child and I love Disney so much! :)) But the most insane 'thing' about this workout is you – you don´t feel the best, still you deliver great workouts and you still manage to look in the top form, no matter how you feel.
I am sending you my best wishes and I hope you feel already a bit better. I was battling a cold the last week as well. Fortunately there are always some natural remedies that help at least a bit 🙂

  10. Those rabbit burpees were torture after all that running lol but fun Disney routine! Get well soon Millionaire!

  11. I saw this yesterday after I "worked out" with you I just had to try it today – Am such a big kid, am going to do all the themed workouts starting with 1 from tomorrow I just had to do this one first though… Thank you for taking the time do these for us all.

  12. Didn't think a Disney workout would be up to much but glad to be wrong…it was a challenge. Congrats on your soon to be fifth child and maybe you could create a fatherhood workout (or is that already its own workout!?). Hope you are over your bout of illness and back to full strength.

  13. This work out is amazing! Not only do I love the Disney theme to make the work out interesting, your consistent motivation and the fact that you show a modified version for us athletically challenged in the corner makes it achievable. I did my best like you told us to and even though I couldn't do them all and my form was not the best I feel proud of myself for keeping up as well as I could 🙂
