  1. The only workout where burpees can be considered a "break". I have 3 short videos like this lined up for today but after just this one I want to be done!

  8. This was the very first FB workout I ever did many moons ago. Why I keep coming back to this torture is beyond me. But, good gravy is this a solid workout.

  9. I couldn't go on after 7 minutes, just stopped when I saw the high knees. Oh my! I think that their older videos are harder than the most recent ones.
