  1. Hi Kristen,
Just curious, are you about 5'5" to 5'7" tall? Just looking at the whole picture of the diet. I know everyone is different, even the workouts. Thanks 🙂

  2. I did this but my veggies were still hard. I ended up having to put them in my steamer. Chicken came out perfect though. I added some mrs dash chicken flavor. Can Lu give an idea of what time you eat your meals? I have 3 kids and Im in nursing school so I'm having a hard time fitting all my meals in. I'm out the door at 7am and we eat dinner anywhere from 530-7pm. I feel I'm hungry at 9pm again. Any suggestions?

  3. I can't tell you how smart this is I just did it… With different foods of course… I used to cook literally 4 times a day thanks !!!

  5. So you chew the blueberries as you drink the protein shake? They wouldn't blend up in a shaker cup. I am confused. lol

  6. It's amazing what some simple diet changes can do for you hey… I love finding new healthy recipes that actually taste awesome 🙂

  7. Thank you so much for sharing this! I tried out the meal plan listed in the info section yesterday, and I was shocked at how stuffed I felt! I'm talking Thanksgiving level post-pumpkin pie stuffed–which is pretty crazy considering that this plan is only around 1300 calories.
I'm that girl that tries out a diet and usually only lasts until 3 or 4 PM that same day because my sugar cravings are stronger than my will power! But Yesterday, I did not experience that sugar craving. . . this is so bizarre for me. I'm really excited about this though!

    Sincerely,
A girl that usually has dessert after lunch and dinner and rarely feels "full"

  8. How many weeks out from the competition are you ate the phase one diet  and how long do you do phase one diet for. This meal prep is for one week correct?
