Here's what you'll need!

No-Bake Cookies And Cream Cheesecake
Serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS
36 chocolate sandwich cookies
5 tablespoons melted butter
800 grams cream cheese
Cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk, warm
8 grams gelatin

PREPARATION
1. Separate the cream from the cookies into 2 different bowls.

2. Place the cookies into a plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin. Set aside 1/2 cup of the crumbs for later.

3. Pour the cookie crumbs into a bowl and combine with the melted butter, mixing until the texture is slightly wet.

4. Press the cookie crumbs in an even layer into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.

5. In a medium pot over low heat, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, the cream from the cookies, and vanilla extract, stirring until there are no lumps.

6. In a measuring cup, mix the milk with the gelatin until dissolved. Pour the milk into the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to bubble slightly. Remove from heat.

7. Pour the mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan. Using a spatula or a spoon, smooth the top.

8. Sift the saved cookie crumbs on top of the cheesecake in an even layer, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Unclasp the ring of the springform pan, slice, then serve!

Cookies and Cream Cheesecake without oven
Serve 6-8

INGREDIENTS
36 chocolate chip cookies (sandwich)
5 tablespoons melted butter
800 grams of cream cheese
⅓ cup of sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup warm milk
8 grams of grenetin

PREPARATION
Separate the cookies from the creamy center and divide into 2 containers.
Place the cookies in a plastic bag and grind them with a rolling pin until crumbs are made. Reserve ½ cup of cookies.
In a bowl combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until it looks like wet sand.
Place the above mixture into the bottom of a removable 9 inch / 22 cm diameter mold. Press the mixture into a uniform layer. Book aside.
In a low heat cooker, combine the cream cheese, sugar, the creamy center of the cookies, and the vanilla extract. Mix constantly until the mixture is free of lumps.
In a cup mix the milk and the grenetina until it dissolves completely and then pour the cream cheese mixture. Move steadily until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat.
Pour the above mixture over the cookie sheet in the mold. Smooth the surface of the mixture with a spatula.
Sprinkle the surface with the rest of the cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Unbake the mold, slice and serve!

  1. i made it but the topping was a fail so i crushed the oreos with my bear hands and used those crumbs as the topping
