  1. The more I watch, the more I grow to love you. BTW, your eyes are so so charming!!!  Your puppy's butt looks so cute, hahaha… Your ab workout looks very challenging to me, I'll give a try. But I have 1 serious question want to ask, which I haven't quite got a proper answer so far. As we girls, during the period time, is that ok for us to do ab workouts or not? What would you suggest? I'm really troubled with this question. Thank you <33

  3. 1800-2000 calories makes me sad. I'm only 5'3 so probably less for me! I go to the gym and do workouts. I am happy with my body but i'd say my belly isn't as tight as I want right now.
    You are a gorgeous person inside and out!

  5. I have such a huge respect for you being able to maintain this kind of a diet with so little food. Like, I need my carbs 3 times a day otherwise I'm just starving and feeling bad. Also I need bigger meals, which means no flat stomach for me though I go to the gym 5 times a week :/ Wish I had your body lol, good job!
