Full description:

Circuit Training for energy consumption and toning.

The aerobic circuit is interrupted by blocks of exercises for toning legs, buttocks and abdomen.
A great fitness workout to do at home, training is a cardio circuit 2 sessions / tonic alternating with 2 blocks of toning exercises to alternate cardiovascular work to muscle stimulation work of legs, buttocks and abdominal area.
The difficulty level is intermediate and the workout lasts about 22 minutes.
The objective of this training is useful to exert effort for slimming and toning.
