  1. I'm 14 and I started working out 2 monthes ago I got decent gains for my age I weigh 140 but I'm scared to go to the gym. I work out in my garage, the gym around here will be better for me I know, more exercises, but the guys there from my school. I worked out about a year ago and benched 180 but I was just so down after my grandma died I just didn;t want to do anything so I stopped. Now I'm back to about 85 or 75 and my friends are benching around 100-140 which seem like alot whenever they took me of what I used to do and will call me a liar which I hate.

  2. Stop hating. Smaller or not he's lifting more than any of us ever will in life period. Shit is still impressive as hell. Give credit to the man!
