15 baby potatoes boiled and fried
1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
2 tbsp schezwan potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 small capsicum cut into squares
1 spring onion finely chopped
11/2 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste

– Deep fry the boiled potatoes. Once they cook take them out.

– In a pan heat some oil, add cashew nut pieces, capsicums, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic, schezwan sauce , sugar and dash of water , soya sauce, salt and add the fried potatoes.

– Add some spring onion leaves and the schezwan potatoes are ready to be served!

  4. is it necessary to add unpeeled potatoes or can we add peeled one's cauz my mum jus don't like them unpeeled….

  6. hello ruchi, can we use this amount of oil in hard anodized pan?
    I mean to say, does hard anodized pan requires more oil than non stick pan?
