15 baby potatoes boiled and fried
1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
2 tbsp schezwan potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 small capsicum cut into squares
1 spring onion finely chopped
11/2 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
– Deep fry the boiled potatoes. Once they cook take them out.
– In a pan heat some oil, add cashew nut pieces, capsicums, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic, schezwan sauce , sugar and dash of water , soya sauce, salt and add the fried potatoes.
– Add some spring onion leaves and the schezwan potatoes are ready to be served!
