  1. JIllian is by far the best routine ever!!!! if I do her workout in two days i feel it!! short workouts that target all areas if you stay consistent!

  2. I think it's suppose to go like this… We do the easy variation for 1 week and then we do the hard one for the 2nd week. And it stays like that. I'm doing this for the 6 weeks.. Weight training at school and butt workouts and garcinia… Phew it better be worth it in the end…

  9. I have a lot of stubborn belly fat so if i do sit-ups or crunches my belly will blow up. I usually avoid crunches and substitute them for push-ups. its best to do a lot of cardio to get rid of belly fat rather than sit-ups

  10. Hi everybody just wondering what kind the food can eat after make this workout.. I made it and feel week and dizzy having a banana and egg but no sure if it is fine or  could be no convenient for the results I want to find out. Thanks…
