  3. am i the only one the counts how far i am through the workouts by what cassie says? like "i'm a little bit regretting wearing this hoodie right now but at least it's a half hoodie" means i have 30 seconds of planking left

  8. this is my favorite ab workout by cassie! and I've been doing her videos since the very beginning of her youtube career. Victoria's secret ab workout and Miley cyrus ab workout are also my favorites!

  9. Russian twist. Instead of banana, I do v ups and they still work the abs because the banana really hurts my back.

  10. i just was not feeling like working out and today was abs! I got on the mat i may have stopped and just layed down at times but i still did somewhat of a workout today 🙂

  11. Today was my first day trying this workout. It was really hard and I stopped a couple of times, but I'm making it my goal to make it through this video!

  12. Just worked out we held plank for around a minute and a half plus 30 second plank twist beforehand! No wonder I felt like dying!
