  7. Okay, so i havent been in sports since like elementary school ( im in college now) and this is the hardest thing ive done, but its good because i know im getting fit and no one every said being healthy is easy!

  9. how long will it take to get in shape if I do this everyday for 4 months if I eat 2000 Cal's everyday. BTW I'm 5'3 160lb male 15 yrs old (16 in July)

  11. After being miserably sick and trying to rest for 2 weeks, I decided maybe the doctor doesn't know what's best; So this morning I busted out this work out and it was EXACTLY what I needed! It helped me hack out a bunch of that nasty phlegm that has been lingering in my lungs and throat; also I have great endorphins running through me and that wonderful feeling of accomplishment and success!

  12. This looks more fun .I may start this workout .I know I'll be dead the first 5 minutes but I believe this is a good workout .
