  6. make fun of this guy all you want for not wearing a shirt but I find it helpful he doesn't. Not only can I masturbate to it but I can also see the difference from when he does the press from the shoulders (wrong way) but also see how the muscles activate when doing it the right way (toward the chest and not he shoulders).

  7. Saw a video explaining that your elbow should be a little tucked in, not to do a 90 but more of a 45 degree angle. Is there some truth to this?

  8. bullshut dumbell bench press hardly built chest it will workout your arms and shoulders more controlling dumbells waste a lot of calories resulting in cardio
