  1. I was catching my breath when I reached 15mn. I'm a first timer here. It's hard hard for me to keep with her pace but this workout got me drinking water like there's no tmr.

  2. LOVE the format of this workout video… previews of the next exercise… the countdown timer for each exercise and the blue fill in timer bar. I also loved that you did a cool down session. Thank you FitnessBlender! You're my to go to workout on YouTube! 🙂

  3. It's SO helpful that you can actually see what the next exercise is, you can keep up this way! Thank you!

  4. The sweat is pouring and it feels SO good !!!! I'm so excited for my journey to becoming healthy, happy, and satisfied in my life for once

  5. so ok 2017 post. i did this for a month. 5 days a week. lost 5 kg. with no diet, i swear i ate sweats, every saturday sunday, but from monay to friday- water, vegetable, meat.

  7. I broke my tailbone 10 years ago, and I cant do many at home work outs because they almost always put pressure on the tailbone area. But this workout is VERY tailbone friendly. Heart Rate hit 200 BPM at 20 minutes in, so I had to stop, do a light cooldown, and end my workout (normal for me) But that is impressive. My heart rate never gets that high with home work outs! Thank you for the video! It really helps me, as a broken tailbone, high heart rate, weak person!

  8. I sweated my head off literally. It feels so good. But until Tomorrow … I know I'll be sore as heck!

  9. Just completed this workout while in my short holidays! Feeling great! (Although tired from the red wine yesterday) Thanks guys!

  10. I've been doing my workouts with all there videos and one month I lost 11 pounds it's not easy but well worth it!!!!!! Thank u Kelly
