  2. All white lady's except one half breed!!!!! No hispanic/ Latinas or Blacks or Asians females in videos. I understand it's to your liking to make this video just had to point that out……..!!!!!!?. This is my OPINION…!!!! Don't want to hurt no one's feelings…. How much weight has anyone lost in One week

  3. I loved this workout. It felt good while I was doing it. Just the right amount of challenge for me. I am now diggin these walking exercises because I instantly get migraines right after a workout which involved sit-ups, push-ups, and anything else which involves moving my neck and staring into the floor. I am not overweight but I gained 5 kg in a short amount of time and I don't feel good about it because some of my clothes doesn't fit well anymore and sometimes I have difficulties with certain movements.

  5. Hi. I ABSOLUTELY love your way of walk.. I am starting it from today.. can someone tell me this video is 2 miles of 4 miles? Why she shows 4 sign in the end?

  6. After some injuries, I have been slowly yet cautiously getting back into exercising. These programs are just the right intensity. This is my first 30 minute workout in a while. Previously, I could only do 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I am so excited!!! Thank you for posting these videos.
