  7. Hi. Been reading some of the reviews too. The YELL is because some parents are scrimping [counting] their $$ bills! When you pass they will be happy as you will be too. So there is a reason for the YELL!! It isnt for laughs either, as your safety is at stake. I am writing this from across the pond, and you can call me, grand pa!! The instructor was helpful too, least I forget. Fin.
