  1. Chest day – bench press, Arm day – bench press, Back day – bench press, Leg day – bench press. Are there even any other lifts besides bench press though? Do you even lift bro?

  2. But if i do inchline bench press with dumbells and for like 3-4 days i feel so sore and fucked up in my chest. Doesnt that mean i used my chest a lot? I never feel sore in my triceps or shoulders

  3. I do dumbell flies. Thats all i do.
    At the end i use the Point 0 method with low weight and high tension all the time!
    Always with biceps sets while resting.

  4. What a load of horse shit I just heard.
    Bench press does give you big chest.
    You just have to do different variations of it once you hit the plato.
    It's not about which chest exercise is better. It's about how your body is adapted to the exersize. And the one that you are least adapted to (while still safe enough to perform) will give the results.

  5. Come on Elliot, don't be an ass hole. That truck driver is doing his job, and he is not going to stop just because you are making a video. Put yourself in his shoes, you will conduct yourself the same way. You are not going to stop driving a truck or collecting garbage or whatever because some guy is "making a video" at the same time. Don't give him an evil stare, he doesn't deserve to be given that kind of negativity. don't be an ass hole
