Hello!  I love your videos!  I have a question thought.  I found that most of your work out videos (for Abs, legs,etc) are only about 10 mins.  Does this mean I should do the work out at this length as well?  Or is it just a sample for us and I should do multiple "10 mins" for a few sets to actually see the benefits?  Thank you!

  14. I would love to see this video re-uploaded with a timer. It would help to keep me motivated throughout the workout by letting me know for how much longer I have to do a move before switching to another and giving that part of my body a bit of a break.
