What to have in your fridge to get lean, fit and strong? So I went for a little shopping trip today to get food for 4-5 days and decided to film a quick video for you guys to show you what’s on my grocery list 🙂

So this is my entire shopping list and it’s the foods you wanna have in your fridge to get that perfect looking bed.

Moved to a new apartment in Seville, Spain so I went shopping to a nearby supermarket and bought a ton of stuff.

So in this video I give a quick tour of what I bought. Here’s the list:

Turkey breast
Lean Beef
Integral Bread
Cherry Tomatoes
Salad Mix
Green Lettuce
Dark chocolate
Frozen Broccoli
Frozen Green Peas
Frozen Legume + Potato mix
Mushrooms so Mario can become Super Mario 🙂
Cottage Cheese

  1. Lidl has cheap products that are not always of good enough quality. I don't know specifically about spane, but i'm pretty sure u will find better cottage cheese in a regural supermarket, for a higher price though.

  2. Watched the whole video. Ironic as I was eating cottage cheese before bed and watching you walking about cottage cheese. Here, in Lithuania, I still haven't found a cottage cheese that has less than 5 percent fat. But interesting video, thanks 🙂

  3. Haha you're also buying at lidl 😀 I kinda know every product you're buying. Tbh i would not buy raspberry from lidl, everytime i tried (like 10 times) it was really meh ( in Paris ). Not sure about the one in your city but i hope it's better than my city 😀
    For the cottage cheese i'm not sure where you found this one but at lidl i usually buy a 0% version (less than 1gr fat for 100gr but only 8gr prot) brand linessa that i buy at the yoghurt section…

  6. aren't you worried about the longterm effects of eating (too) much meat? a lot of antibiotics and the danger of possible gout and other & defects?
