  5. I can feel the burn rebecca. I love love all ur work outs. im frm guyana thts a country in south america. I get all my friends to ur workout. im seein results im two months in. I need help wit my nutrition. I hv weekness for anythin sweet. but im try my very best to so way wit tht. plz help

    i for 1 hour mostly everyday and i still found this very tiring.

  10. Rebecca! I have recently been totally obsessed with your work out videos and they are helping a lot! The only problem that I have is that for some reason I can't do squats. But it's not because of the burn it's because I feel like I am doing something wrong and it's not my form either. I thought that it might be that so I made sure I was in good form but it doesn't matter; every time I try after just a few I get this terrible feeling and a oh I should not have done that thought. Ive given up on squats but it would be so great if you made a couple cardio videos that didn't include them.
