    Or it affect on my body weight loss?

  2. Any idea how much b5 to take. I am ten weeks into my Keto diet and still feel like crap. I have been taking b5 for two week now. No improvement.

  3. I'm 2 1/2 months in and I'm exhausted MOST of the time. I've lost about 25 pounds and look like a bag of sick creping loose skin. My Ketones and Glucose are always in range (I test every day), and my mouth constantly tastes like I've been chewing on tires. I have zero energy and have been short tempered and feel like I'm dying. My protein is never over 5oz and my arbs and fat are in range as well. I use Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Formula and Nutritional Yeast several times a day, but I feel like i"m being poisoned to death!

  7. I do Atkins. Been on it for the last 5 months. Always tired and no oomph. Lost weight like a mad man but never any energy. Does the info in this vid apply to all LC diets or just keto?

  8. Also B5 is known as pantothenic acid. So if those of you looking for B5 can't find it it will be listed as earlier.

  9. Lost 16 pounds in 5 weeks and no longer have to take prescription antacids, which I had been taking for years.

  10. Is there anyone who is over 100 years old and following keto for more than 20 years? That will give confidence that keto diet is safe for long term health and survival.

    I see lots of vegans over 100 years following vegan diet for 30 years and they are healthy.

  11. What if you don't eat sugar to begin with? Also my weight loss has stalled and I have no energy. What do I do?

  12. Is there any one whoes angina pain went away on ketogenic diet?
    I know lots of people whose angina pain went away in just 3 weeks of unprocessed plant food diet without added oil.

  13. I am going on week 9 NINE, I've only lost 10 lbs, and it seems no matter what I eat I am tired afterwards. For example I eat eggs and cheese for breakfast, with coffee (Stevia and full cream). Within 30 minutes I am out like a light. Today I had lemom water instead of coffee. Same thing 2 hour nap. I am feeling weak and tired most days. I am on Thyroid med(hypo) and Vitamin D2. I am so discouraged. Hubby has had several cheat days and has lost 20 lbs.

  14. Thank you doctor for your information am dr.atyaf and i diagnosed my self 2 years ago as i was pregnant i had gestational diabetes now my blood sugar still heigh. Im in pediabetic state now and am breast feed my kid now and on low carbohydrate diet .What your opnion to cotrol my glucose

I tried keto and fasting at the sane time on the 5 day I was sleeping every 20 minutes I could when i would lay down because I physically couldn’t stand up or do anything as simple as walking to get water it was awful I had some sushi that night because as a teenager I couldn’t even walk a block to the movies without feeling like collapsing I was having a lot of sodium with my meals idk what happened

  16. Dr Berg, some friends told me that I should add a tsp of either gelatin powder or agar agar powder to my morning cup of coffee for their great health benefits (blood sugar control among the benefits list). Can you comment on both of these? Thanks and keep of the GREAT INFO FLOW.
