  1. Love the idea of this channel, but I mean this as friendly as possible whoever is helping you with the camera needs to stay in one place for a little longer and keep the camera as stable as possible, that would be so helpful!

  2. Yasss lol this is perfect for YouTube. Simple, informative, and quick for those of us who want some clarification ( for what we see from your longer YouTube workout vids).

  3. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks so much Heidi love your channel and you are the best you tuber who gives us great tips and knowledge on fitness. I love your body because you are muscular but in a very feminine way. Would love a arms/shoulder videos?

  4. Thanks so much for the new channel Heidi!! We definitely needed this. Ive been looking for a tutorial on how to do sprints.(just incase you need ideas)πŸ˜‰

  5. Thanks soooo much for this kind of videos !!!! This is what I need the most. I see workouts everywhere but I don't see instructions on HOW to do it the proper way. Thanks a lot for this channel !!!! By the way you look amazing, strong but girly ! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

  6. I see so many men in the gym throwing on weight and they do partial squats and their back is completely hunched over.
I hope your video prevents this and educates people.
Perhaps explain why form needs to be done in a certain way.. e.g to prevent stress of the wrong areas etc.

  7. It might be a good idea to tell people what the most common mistake you see people doing in the gym with this exercise and how to avoid it.

  8. love the new channel but could you give me some tips on exercises I can do. I have arthritis and am currently 275lb after already losing 50lb 😊

  9. Love, love, love that youΒ΄re doing this new channel – it's so helpful!

I have a question about squats that you doesn't really bring up in this vide though, I don't know, maybe it's not a very common problem. When I squat down, on my way up I tend to arch my lower back quite a lot and I feel like this is probably not very good! What can I change and think about to correct this?

Thanks for being awesome and badass,
    xx from Sweden

  10. PERFECT!!! i only take your advice girl…i feel you explain it very well, and i feel i know you already so its easier to listen!

  11. Heidi I have VERY tight hip flexors… lately I have been working on posture and stretching of my hip flexors. However I can only go down so far before I have a butt wink. It doesn't hurt but I do worry a lot about a low back injury as I can be prone to them. Should I continue to try and get low even with the wink or go less deep until my muscles allow for the stretch? Will continued squatting hurt me in the long run or will my squats eventually be able to go deeper? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

  12. hey, im Leelou and I just wanted to thank you, I'm almost 32 and I've got the perfect present from you πŸ˜‰ in just few weeks I've completed today 4 rep of squats and two of them with 30kg on my shoulders!!!!I feel proud, I learned it all just from watching you , last week I've got a new name in the gym :the squat girl !!!well you don't know me at all and yet you gave me something precious I couldn't receive from the closest people to my heart, thank you , thanks for giving, thanks for inspiring, thanks for making me healthy fit role model for my four year old daughter , THANK Uβ™‘β˜†

  13. Yaay awesome! These are all so good! Can't wait for more videos you are so considerate and sweet to post and explain these to us! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos!

  14. thank you Heidi for creating this new channel! it has been really helpful especially because ive been wanting to start new things like weighted squatting but never know if my form is correct

  15. Hey, some people say that having your legs at such a distance apart (shoulder width and not waist width) works less ass and more inner thighs. Is this true?

  16. Hey so I just noticed you had the other channel and oh my goodness I've so been doing squats wrong!!! This helps so much!!!! 😜

  17. You forgot to say DON'T CURVE YOUR SPINE at the bottom, that can cause injuries! Aka "the butt wink"! You're almost doing it in the video so be careful! Better way to do squats without curving the spine is in the Smith machine! πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

  18. Heidi, I do this movement on the smith machine lying on my back, since I have weak knees. Does that have the same benefits as standing versus lying on the back?

  19. Am sixty years old can still squat 3 plates a side for 10 good reps. It’s always impressive to see a woman squat. Legs should be parallel with shoulders, and going further than parallel is of no use whatsoever , other than to cause knee damage. Your style is ok but not perfect
