  1. I'm 165 cm and 75 kg. I know I'm overweight but I love jogging (although I'm not very good at it lol), I don't want to loose any weight, because I feel healthy and good in my body, but if I continue jogging, will II destroy my knees? Is it unhealthy for me? thanks for any answer 🙂

  2. She is right. Big people can easily break a bone in thier foot. Walk 30-40 minutes 2X per day and mix in with bicycling. You can get a BLADEZ 2001C spin bike for $299 on amazon. It has helped me a lot. I was a trainer, boxer, half marathoner. Took 3.5 years off and gained ALOT. Walk 30 min 2X per day every other day and Bicycle every other day. You'll be able to run in 3 months.

  3. I have no problem running. I love it but my feet are subject to injury. I can do 4 to 6 miles. But I end up getting toe turf.
