  1. You definitely do NOT need all that fat for the mashed potatoes to give them a delicious creamy taste! I boil my potatoes in chicken stock and use almond milk instead of cream, add some salt, pepper, fresh garlic and chives. So delicious.

  2. When I watch there at night they help me fall asleep, which is good cuz I am an insomniac, idk why but the food images are satisfying and your voice is soothing and relaxing to me

  3. i often do roasted potatoes for dinner and i did the roasted potatoes like you said and it was the best i've ever done. the parboiling is really helpful.

  4. Ummm love what your doing hun, but that is not how you make Roast Potatoes here in Britain… you know where the dish was invented. First of all you need to take the skin off to ensure the perfect Roastie! And you need to cut the potatoes into chunky pieces rather than bite size little pieces. And the most important step to any roast potato is to parboil then to roughened them up using a colander, this means that the outside of the potatoes after being roughed up would be fluffy which will make the perfect crisp outer shell 😍😍

Oh and p.s coming from a chefs advise (me 😂), you didn't add enough seasoning to the potatoes

    Are you divorce now?
I don't see the wedding ring on your left hand.
If you are available, I want to cook with you if you have time and interest.
