  1. Hi Tori. some things I learned that might interest you is that : 1. if you are going to have more than 10-15grms of fat it is considered a high fat meal or the same for carbs. 2. Ideally you want to keep it bellow 15gms of fat if your going to have high carb meal and if you are going to have a high fat meal keep carbs below 15 grams. 3. carb cycling is the best! look into it, sarahs day talks about it 4. best time to have carbs regardless of the time of day is 3hrs before a workout or for your post workout meal but limit fat intake. 5. Save the high carb days for the hard work out days. PROTAIN IN ALL YOUR MEALS IF POSSIBLE!Also sprouting your grains and beans and nuts helps with minimizing bloating greatly, look into it too.

  2. How many calories do you usually try to eat a day? Could give us a tour of your MyFitnessPal I don't know if my intake is too low, I feel like it's way less than other health youtubers but I don't do as much lifting as them

  3. OK I know this is an old video, but I had to share. I am happy to see someone else that has a candle lit in the kitchen AND cooking. My man thinks its pointless, because you don't smell the candle if you're cooking. I beg to differ.
