  5. Can this work the traps as well? I'm taking a week off weightlifting at the moment, I only do cardio and ab exercises. Today, I was surprised to notice that my traps were really sore, and I usually have to hit my traps REALLY hard for them to get sore. I'm trying to figure out what abs exercise I did this week that could have activated my traps. This is the only one I can think of. If anyone has an answer, would be much appreciated! thanks
