  5. Hey buff dudes i need some help. I bought a dumbell bar today because i have one already but when i got home i realized that the one that i already have is around 4lbs solid steel where as the one i just bought is metal with a weird rubberish type grip that weighs about 2lbs. Should i buy another of the 2lb version? Or stick with the two i have and use the heavier one for my weaker side?

  6. Great tutorial! I've always wanted to perform the Pistol Squat. Oddly I can do the motion with my left leg and not my right, even though I'm right handed.
    Perhaps I'm just an amomill…anomonoilly…anominlilly…

  11. Thank you i was trying to figure out how to progress to this exercise even though I have a messed up knee to make it strong again I'll take it slow but that's the fun part of working out
