    Now that is how my legs do not know the meaning of "move" after I do a Lower body workout from who? THIS GUYYYYY. This comment isn't a complaint, but it just means that your workouts truly do work for people wanting to lose weight. They just have to try their best, and keep going. Thanks to you Hoy!

  4. Dude, that was outrageous! I seriously didn't think I'd be able to finish without taking a ton of breaks, but the workouts were so dynamic that I never got unmotivated. You have true knack for this 🙂 So great! Definitely doing these on the reg. Thanks man! Keep it up!!
