Tonight was the first time I applied the 60 second challenge to MOST of the exercises I performed tonight.
The objective is simple; take what you normally do and see how many repetitions you can squeeze out in a minute.
I definitely was experiencing ‘muscle exhaustion’ and I loved it!
As I do this more often, my numbers will climb or even out, as opposed to decreasing, lol, as I felt they logically would.
You have GOT to try this!
