  1. So happy, been doing silent workouts for two months about 2-3 Times a week and I've lost 10 pounds! It's motivated me to eat healthier and I enjoy these workouts and modify when needed. I went from 221lbs to 210.2lbs as of today!!!

  3. I haven't exercised in a loooong time.I only lasted til 6:24 into the work out. Tomorrow I'll get to 7:30, the next 8:30 and every day I'm doing this until I can get through this whole video. Thank you for posting this video. It's going to take me longer than most because I'm obese, but I know that if I do this everyday consistently, I will get there!

  6. LOVE this! I am not motivated to work out in the a.m. but there's NO EXSCUSES for just 15 minutes!! You're encouraging me to fall in love with HIIT again. Most HITT is hard impact, which my sciatica cannot take :(. I want to get fit without getting into a gym. No exscuses!! Love these 15 minute ones. I'm going to add these into my routine 3x a week and work to build up to the 40 minute ones!!!

In my search for quick sweat videos most of them have jumping and jumping takes me out of the game quicker and I can complete the videos, so I feel like I'm not getting the most out of my workouts. That changed when I found your channel, now not only am I sweaty but I can make it through your video and feel stronger and better about myself. Thank you so much!

  11. I like how you have a mix of exercises for strength and flexibility. My knees are messed up. So I like to do exercises that are easy on them.

  12. I injured my knee over a year ago, and the pain is coming back. It's tough to be motivated to work out when you're in pain, but I have a goal of working out five times a week.

    I almost made an excuse for myself this morning of "I have to go to work soon, so I might not be able to get in a workout. Plus, I don't want to hurt my knee." I typed in "15 minute workout low impact strength" in the search bar and here we are. I couldn't resist doing this workout, because it's everything I was looking for…and it's by you! Thanks, Mill!
