Chris Evans Gets a Six-Pack and Some Therapy

Chris Evans was ready to become a muscle-bound powerhouse to star as “Captain America.” But he told me that he needed a little help from a shrink to cope with the fame.

  1. Hi there, have you tried "BELLYfatTACK" yet? Just google it and you are going to spot There you will find a beneficial free video by a recognized doctor revealing the way to eliminate body fat. This made it easier for Madellane to eliminate her stomach fat. Just give it a shot. Hopefully it helps you as well…

  2. wow, I admire him! his view of the movie and the character and the situation with therapy is very mature and truthful! wasn't expecting this, but I guess it is true what they say about not judging a book by its cover 😉

  3. He's just the most adorable actor in the world. He's personality counts the most. How perfect this person could be ??!! Man I die every time I see him smiling. The woman would be the luckiest who he's gonna marry. Can't stop thinking about him. ♥

  4. @ayodiezel Holy crap–that's EXACTLY what I've just been doing. Not a minute ago I was watching Conan O'Brien videos before I got here. Lol

  5. Ugh I hate when people are like "OMG I LOVE YOU CHRIS I ALWAYS WILL" Like, you don't even know the guy. If he was some super skinny dude and really ugly, most of his fangirls would leave. They all say they love him for his personality but most of them just think he's hot. No offence but I hate fangirls. All they want is sex. He is a human being, stop treating him like he's a sex toy. /)_-

  6. I love how he can be so open like this. It takes a lot. Chris is a strong guy, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. He is a great person in my opinion

  7. wow after seeing this video and seeing him talk about how he need therapy for fame….. I really respect him now for finding a way to fight through it, and actually fighting through it.

  8. You can tell how uncomfortable he is talking about the therapy since you can hear him do the "leg raking" thing starting from 1:31. I don't know how else to explain it but if you watch enough full body shot interviews, he tends to rake his fingers up and down his thigh when he's nervous.

Glad he got it together and took the role or most people would only know him for his …ahem less impressive movies.

  9. I like Chris very much from depth of my heart bcz he looks so honest and his style of talking is great like me

  10. I love this interviewer for asking him about some things that really matter. More of this, please! Chris Evans has such interesting thoughts on things.

  11. I love his response to the patriotism question: Steve Rogers did the right thing because it's the right thing to do. That cut and dry.

If only more people were like that.

  12. Chris Evans and Hayley Atwell are a match made in HEAVEN. Regardless of how the movie producers handle future films, PEGGY and STEVE belong together. Take Steve back to the 40's, or bring Peggy up to 2015, but GET THEM TOGETHER – FOREVER!!!

  13. love his well thought-out reply on how he hopes people aren't just cheering for america, that this is an example that can be followed anywhere

  14. "Hopefully they're not cheering for war, and hopefully
they're not cheering for… necessarily America. Hopefully, they're cheering
for a way of life that Steve Rogers embodies. I think Steve Rogers is about
doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do. And it's that simple,
it's that cut and dry. And I think that can happen everywhere, in every
country. And at any time–it doesn't have to be in the 40's, it can be in the
modern day. It's just about being a good person." Chris Evans is the best.

  15. Hollywood is known for being fake and the vast majority of people in interviews are just playing the character that is their celebrity. However, I've never gotten that vibe from Chris Evans. He seems like a guy you could have a beer with.

  16. This right here, this amazing person that Chris is… He is a living, walking, breathing proof and reminder that drug and alcohol abusing behaviour portrayed by endless number of celebrities can't be justified by not being able to endure preassure and fear of being famous or being successful, there are other ways, healthier ways.
Love how open and honest he is about his experiences and his feeling.
