I just stumbled upon your videos today and I like the fact that you do not seem to feel the need to show off your perfectly toned body (unlike so many other workout instructors on youtube). I find it a bit demoralising to watch someone with a picture-book body work out while I'm battling with some belly fat and less-than-perfect thighs etc. So kudos to you for being inspiring without showing off 😉

  6. Really enjoyed this one! I added it to another short workout I was doing to make a full 1/2-hour cardio session. Great combo of exercises for the abs, and a nice balance of high and medium intensity. 🙂
