    can youuu please do a belly fat diet ?? i mean what to eat for breakfast and launch and dinner , see that's my only prob i do workout a day and i feel good but when it comes to food i can't get enough with only salad , im always hungry and i don't know what to eat and i can't controll that , so i ended up eating a lot and feel guilty and depressed and upset after that , and i quit working out :(( i feel sometimes like just cut my stomach with a knife literally ! please i need you to reply :((

  9. Not hating but I think I'm the only one who noticed that she was sucking in her stomach so hard…. I could see her ribs… nobody realized that all these fitness gurus are all about angles and fake stuff etc.. like contouring and sucking there stomachs in. Umm I love her body tho.. sooo.. Umm I don't really care if you come back saying mean things…… BTW I'm not jealous either as I said the workout and her body is great 😜❀❀❀

  10. I watch all these fitness videos and I say "Im gonna do these workouts tomorrow because i need my summer body!" the next day "Ill do them tomorrow", then the days go by and its summer and your looking like a baked potato on the beach

  11. I tried those exercise but my legs can't get that high 😒😒😒 no flexible in any part of my body so i fail the first two exercise 😭😭😭

  15. I have flat stomach even flatter than yours, but the problem is its loose do to pregnancy. Will these exercises help? If not, what will you recommend? I run daily but because I'm already skinny running make me even skinnier.. I really love my size 3.

  16. Hey Nicoletta xx I did this ab workout today and it was so hard from the first up to tend, and I had to stop sometimes during the 50sec of the workouts…Do you think I will be able to complete this workout if I keep on doing it??ly x
