  2. Dear Zuzaka. .. thanx so very much for these short hiit workouts. … they are so inviting and helpful. I do however have a request for the obese pepper out here that are desirous to lose weight and can see the effect of your workouts and the benefits that they will provide convening gained and fat burned off. But I obviously am obese and my tummy gets in thw way and my thighs are quite large and it makes getting up and down harder than normal aslo my shoulders are weak and arm strength isn't that good so I would really appreciate some alternatives or substitutions in a lighter way to accomplish these workouts. You know what I mean? Like you use to do when with bodyrock… I am trying to do them full speed and full form but it causes sometimes strangely sadness as I want so Mich to change but feel like a failure when I can't move as gas as you or as graceful or as quick in changing to the next exercise….
    Please help those of us whoa to do your programs to be able .without blowing out a knee due to having collapsed arches and have little balance and over 50extra lbs on the frame … its a lot to juggle around the mat there.
    Also Z….you keep pointing to the warm up videos in the corner…. THERE AREN'T ANY THERE…LOL ITS REALLY QUITE FUNNY SILLY YOU. Perhaps you can look back over the video and put them in AND OR provide a link in the description to lead us right there. Thanx for the zgym that I've joined. Looking forward to lots of new videos.   3. HOW is your stomach so flat all the time?! Personally I struggle with bloating so I can go from thin to five months pregnant in hours.

  4. I'm always puzzled by folks who feel they need to dislike without even watching a video.  This is all good form, a good workout with good advice.  What is not to like?

  5. Thanks for saying tensing your abs and not sucking in cause for a really long time I thought that to pull your abs in meant sucking in your abs. lol So tired. I had to take a lot of breaks, I'm surprised I thought I was in better shape than that.

  6. I think it would be better if you didn't slap your thighs on the jump tucks and instead let your knees go up. That, and land lightly in a half squat to protect your joints. Smooth and fluid 🙂

  7. I can't do the v-ups yet!! I do knee ups instead for now. I have a hard breathing when I'm forcing my abs laying down. Any tip?

  8. Just browsing quick workouts and I've tried quite a few. after seeing her abs I'm curious to see how long she can hold a straight plank.
