  1. I kind if like the starfish move, which is not really moving, and doesn't give you a six pack…. I guess trying to finish the sets are enough for me!

  2. I've been doing p90x for 5 years straight already. I own x2 and x3, never completed them because I love the original so much and keep coming back to it. The first two years I never did the ab videos, now they are routine for me. Thanks for all of the inspiration tony!. I am going to officially swap out this routine with the abrx videos.

  6. Hey Tony, I'm a big fan of yours from Bangladesh. I am doing P90X and today is my 53 day. I have only upper two pack visible. I can feel my middle pack. What should I do? Is that normal?

  7. It is damn hard to do it but if want to go the extra mile than do this right after the mason twist and whole ab ripper x workout in the original p90x and than finish of w the cool down.

  10. I have got Six pack abs following this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it). Acquiring six pack abs is much easier if you are physically fit and you use some of the guide’s special techniques. Which will provide you great look and from that look you might get some self-confidence. Apart from this there`s no relation between six-pack abs and your over-all mental and physical well being.

  11. For men who have tried many methods to get six pack abs and haven`t still got results! You could try this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it). I performed daily exercises shown by the guide and I got Six pack abs consequently. The to 13 Ab plans provided in this book are very helpful.

  12. The V rocker I feel smashes my spine. I'm strong but I'm in the slim side and my spine grinds when I roll. Any tips of gaining weight or getting muscle to surround the back?
