  2. Hey I am 14 going on 15 in a month I just started doing this workout it feels great I do it with 10-pound dumbbells and I am 110 pounds and about 5'8-5'9 how many times should i do this a week? thanks in advance

  6. Im thinking of doing workout. But i dont have any dumbells. Just looked through the internet. Is the plastic dumbells good? And which kg should i choose, 3 or 5.. Im 16. Thanks 🙂

  7. Just finished this workout using 10lbs + the bar.. can't remember what they weigh. I didn't realize how weak my triceps were until this video! I will be sore tomorrow, and definitely stronger. Thanks for doing arms and abs at the same time! I love doing quick, hardcore workouts that work more than one part of the body. Keep posting please!!!

    Quick Q: I have a tiny bit of fat on my tummy – if I stick at this workout will it help burn that off that last bit of fat, and simultaneously also firm up the area with muscle?

  10. great! I was looking for something for arms and abs as I have a sprained ankle. This fit the bill ( Just modified the plank jacks. ) Do you have a cardio that does not use ankle impact?
