    Did anyone else notice one missing rep of the strength training, I don't remember what it's called but you have to move straight hands up and down while laying on your back? Or was I simply in coma by that time already and missed it? 😀 Anyway – great video, thank you for doing this!

  4. Halfway through the hour of strength and HIIT I'm asking myself why I even bother, then we get to the work out complete screen and I remember. It's hard to get up and motivate yourself to do this stuff, but I'm glad I did.

  5. #workoutcomplete 🙂 i have burned 667 calories. I like the whole workout and have made almost the harder version. really nice workout! more of that! 😊 BUT I have not enough weights. only 1,5 and 2,5 kg. I need defiantly more.

  9. HiFirst of all I want thank you for such a wonderful program. I started the 5 day workout challenge a few weeks ago. Then I also did the 1000 calories workout.Can I combine those two workouts, or should I switch between them?I would be grateful for a response.Best regards

Before, I started losing weight I was 150, now I'm down to 145 my goal is 130. With clean eating, water,and your workouts I believe I'll get there. Thanks for doing what you do, and keep it up!. I used to thought that 1000 calories work-out videos were not for me, but now I change my mind, I love how you guys do it in the low impact version, I got a big upper body so it's very hard for me to do the jumping, but with the easy version, I can do the whole work-out.   19. cheated some of it as the HIIT killed me but because i did cheat going to go and do a 500 cal work and 3 more dance workouts to punish myself im only 15
