  1. Hi, Hilah. Those little cheesecakes look so cute. What's the best way to perfect a cheesecake? Have a good day, Hilah. ???

  2. In Chile we have something called "sopaipillas". They are made out of flour, zapallo camote (a type of South American squash) and butter or lard. They are made into circles, kind of like a fat tortilla and deep fried. They can be eaten salty, with mustard or hot sauce; or sweet with dulce de leche (caramel) or chancaca (a sugar byproduct similar to molasses). Cheers!

  3. These look so yummy!!! I've been meaning to ask Hilah… Have you had a chance to try Dirt Dog in DTLA? AMAZING hot dog place and they have elotes but they call it dirty corn! I live nearby and had it last week and wanted to recommend it to ya if you hadn't already been since moving here. Enjoy!

  4. Love this recipe, perfect Craquelin ( "in" at the end of the word is the same sound that " 1 " in French 😉 ) !

  5. I like New York Cheesecake, literally from New York, because that's as authentic as you can get when it comes to New York Cheesecake. 😉
