  1. I love the kneeling raise and pulse I do them all the time, can't bend forward like that though due to a back injury 🙁

  2. just tried this today and its definitely a challenge ! im going to keep this up itleast 2-3 times a week. 🙂 can't wait to see results.

  3. I've done this workout maybe 3 times in 3 days and I can honestly say my butt is firmer swell as my legs. Definitely recommend this!

  4. I have been doing only fitness blender videos (butt, abs..) and I can say that they are really the best I have seen great results in only two weeks my butt became flabby for all the sitting down but now it's so firm and it reduced my cellulite. Thanks fitness blender

  5. will my butt get flatter if I only do this and other butt workouts without weight? like every other day? plz someone answer!

  6. Has anyone done this for a long time and seen results? Also, i did it one time but the day after i only felt soreness in my legs. Not my glutes

  7. Whew! That was good! You can tell it's an older routine. No gauge or counters. And not as good on breathing reminders, but a really good routine. I have to modify the squats and a little on the cross lunge, but I like. And my 75yr body is working on this one. I am so trying to avoid knee replacement surgery.
