  9. it's amazing how tough this workout is and how much it makes you sweat considering you're almost quiet the whole time! A really good workout, especially when I'm staying over at someones house and don't want to make a noise.

  10. Great workout! I only burned about 300-320 calories, nowhere near 500. But I guess since he's the instructor and has to talk, look excited and do the moves perfectly, he would burn 500+ calories. Either way, I'm hot, sweaty and got my workout out of the way. 🙂
