  1. lol at the end when I saw the dark red dust dropping on the ice cream I totally thought he was gonna say add cayenne pepper haha

  2. I see him as a professor teaching freshman students who are nervous about starting college for the first time. How fun would that be? Then I imagine after class he'll head over to the studio to do voice-over work for a major production company.

If anyone wanna add on to the story of this fella's life… jump right in?!! Somebody will eventually get it right ??

  3. We just made these for the first time, they definitely turned out better than expected and better than the video even suggested!  Thanks Chef John!

  4. really good, really fast, but rich, rich, rich, rich, rich. I made mine with 1 Godiva dark chocolate truffle (bc I didn't have any chocolate chips), toasted almonds, and topped with homemade strawberry ice cream.

  5. I have a massive mug. I wonder if I'd have to double or triple this recipe to fit it in. Would be awesome for sharing (if I had anyone to share with…)

  6. I make mine with real dark chocolate I melt in the microwave with a bit of oil, some milk and butter. When it's all melty I mix it, add a bit of salt, baking powder, flour and a bit if extra cocoa (no more sugar since there's already chocolate). Mix, cook, awesome!
