  3. I use an App called Plant Nanny- it helps throughout the day to remind you to drink your recommended amount of water:  check it out!  xoxo

  5. You should try doing the same thing (putting the salmon in foil) but instead of oil put teriyaki sauce on the salmon

  7. Anna, how do u stay motivated? I tried to become more healthy but I keep craving unhealthy foods and having Nutella on toast! How do I stick at least to just have healthy snack?

  8. How do you make your porridge? Is it oatmeal or is it cream of wheat….I'm from America and I am just not sure what porridge is…it always looks yummy….I love your video's and your family is very cute!
