How to Make Smoked Salmon & Goat Cheese Frittata | Cook With Amber




WHO LOVES FRITTATAS?! This frittata in particular is my dad’s and my favorite. Its my smoked salmon and goat cheese frittata with fragrant herbs. YES, IT IS AS GOOD AS IT SOUNDS! I actually made this on Food Network Star Kids… the judges loved it and I know you guys will too. It’s the perfect breakfast, brunch or lunch if you want something easy and packed with flavor. Smokey salmon, tangy creamy goats cheese, fluffy moist eggs and fragrant herbs make this TO DIE FOR! I really hope you guys try this recipe, and if you want to, you can even switch up the ingredients and create your own frittata flavor combos!   2. First time I made a frittata I think I didn't cut my vegetables small enough, and they were sticking out of the eggs. It was still good, nevertheless.

  3. Cooked mine in the Air Fryer turned out really well. Sorry Amber couldn't resist add in some spicy Chorizo, tastes amazing….
