Chris I've been doing calisthenics for like 2 months I've been going to the gym picking weights and pull ups etc and I've been getting results rapidly by doing calisthenics I want to thank you i still can't do muscle ups which Is my dream to be able to succeed in will eventually but without this channel I'd never be able to transform thank you Again Chris

  5. Chris how do I lose that little last layer of fat I got on my hips and on the belly? Do you count your Calories when you do your nutrition cycle of full carb, half half and full Proteine?

  8. Hey, Chris! Like a pro in the workout i want to answer me 1 question that is verry important to me and my body, please reply to this. So let's get started – i had an incredible body transformation with 5-6 months of calisthenics but i want to have a bigger, wider and thicker body (like the guys in YouTube, you know… Like the bodybuilders, Jeff Seid and others for example) and my question is – can i replace the calisthenics with aesthenics for the winter and get a bigger body or it will decrease my skills?
